CUR | 516 Instructional Plan/Presentation
The Instructional Plan and Presentation project provided me the opportunity to demonstrate instructional design knowledge. This training seminar outlined the activities required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to ensure an understanding of the naturalization process. This course provided students with helpful tips on navigating our country's complex systems, as well as on understanding American culture as they continue to establish their lives in the United States. This instructional plan included the following components: goals, objectives, instructional strategies, activities, timeline, details for implementation, and an evaluation overview.

The generated data illustrated the objectives measured, along with an analysis of a spreadsheet containing information from at least 25 employees, where 45% indicated a need for further reinforcement or training.
