The purpose of the July Continuous Learning Event is to show Learners how to quickly capture the attention of low-engaged Card Members when it may be difficult for them to determine a Card Member’s True Need through initial contact. Learners will demonstrate how Card Members can effectively manage their spending and utilize their Card, as well as other American Express products and services through Relevant Offers, to meet their financial needs.
